ReadyCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, penalties, or damages arising from your use of our service or reliance on our guidance. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Intellectual property

All content, templates, and materials provided through ReadyCheck are our intellectual property. You may use them for your business's internal compliance purposes but may not resell or redistribute them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
